A Beautiful Organic Home
King’s Hill Farm is located south of Mineral Point in the Driftless Region of Southwestern Wisconsin. The Bonner Branch flows through the farm into the Pecatonica River a few miles down the valley. The land is alive with wildlife and remains a secluded paradise. The Kellum Family, formerly farmed as Avalanche Organics, has been welcomed to King’s Hill Farm and with great energy and inspiration strive to continue their ideals in sustainable organic agriculture. The quest to farm the earth with harmony and respect of natural limitations and share the bounty of the harvest with the community to ensure food security is the goal of Kings Hill Farm. The farm is developing an educational aspect to welcome curious members, visitors, students, and interns to learn about our techniques and practices. We welcome tours, field trips, camp outs, and volunteers. Please schedule date, time, and aspects of learning desired via the Opportunities page.
