Here is a yummy, easy recipe that uses several of the ingredients in this box:

Pasta with Greens & Garlic Scapes

--about 12 oz penne or farfalle pasta
--3-4 tablespoons olive oil
--two large shallots, peeled and diced
--3 garlic scapes, chopped
--roughly 1 pound spinach, washed, thick stems removed, coarsely chopped
--salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the onions and garlic scapes, and cook until tender. Add the greens and saute until wilted. Combine drained pasta with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes: Yes, you do need that much olive oil, because it needs to coat all the pasta.

You can also make this with other greens, including kale, chard, turnip greens.
